For the second year in a row, we were proud to co-organize the DOCxOPTO conference, supporting young researchers in presenting their work, exchanging ideas, and building new scientific connections.<\/span><\/p>\n

This initiative is closely aligned with the SWEB mission to support the next generation of researchers and strengthen research and innovation capacity.
\nThis year,\u00a0Smart Windows for Zero Energy Buildings<\/a>\u00a0also contributed with a dedicated section in the form of an Industrial Panel, reflecting our growing focus on lab-to-market transition and stronger collaboration with industry.<\/p>\n

The panel featured an invited talk by\u00a0Institute of Solid State Physics, University of Latvia (ISSP UL)<\/a>\u00a0Head of the Additive Manufacturing Group, Dr.\u00a0Boris Polyakov<\/a>, who shared valuable insights at the intersection of science, technology development, and industrial application.<\/p>\n

The conference was excellently organized – special thanks to\u00a0Milena Dile<\/a>\u00a0and her team for the great work and dedication!<\/p>\n
