{"id":957,"date":"2025-03-06T14:39:19","date_gmt":"2025-03-06T14:39:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/swebwindow.eu\/?p=957"},"modified":"2025-03-06T14:39:27","modified_gmt":"2025-03-06T14:39:27","slug":"21st-international-young-scientist-conference-developments-in-optics-and-communications-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/swebwindow.eu\/index.php\/2025\/03\/06\/21st-international-young-scientist-conference-developments-in-optics-and-communications-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"21st International Young Scientist Conference \u201cDevelopments in Optics and Communications 2025\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"text-justify\"><strong>On behalf of the University of Latvia SPIE student chapter, we are pleased to invite students and young scientists to the 21st International Young Scientist Conference \u201cDevelopments in Optics and Communications 2025\u201d held in\u00a0Riga, May 8 \u2013 May 10, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-justify\">The conference will be on-site and take place at the University of Latvia Academic Centre, House of Science, Jelgavas Street 3.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-justify\">We would like to encourage you to present your research results with a talk or a poster presentation relevant to the conference topics:<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-justify\">\u2022 Laser physics and spectroscopy<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-justify\">\u2022 Optical materials and phenomena<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-justify\">\u2022 Vision Science<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-justify\">\u2022 Biophotonics<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-justify\">Our conference is open to any enthusiastic student from all over the world. The Best student presentation prize will be awarded to the best poster presentation and talk.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-justify\"><strong>The deadline for the submission of the abstracts is April 1st<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-justify\">To submit the abstracts, please, use the\u00a0<a title=\"DOC Riga 2024 registration\" href=\"https:\/\/www.docriga.lv\/registration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">registration form<\/a>\u00a0available at the homepage of the conference.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"text-justify\">We remind you that the official language of this conference is English. This year&#8217;s conference is organized by the students from the UL SPIE student chapter in collaboration with the Institute of Solid State Physics and University of Latvia.
