As part of the 41st International Scientific Conference of the Institute of Solid State Physics, University of Latvia—held within the framework of the 83rd Scientific Conference of the University of Latvia—the SWEB team had the honor of welcoming Dr. Alexandr Belosludtsev, Senior Researcher at the Center for Physical Sciences and Technology (FTMC).
Dr. Belosludtsev delivered an engaging presentation on metal mirrors for space communication, shedding light on innovative materials and technologies critical for next-generation space applications.
Following the conference proceedings, the SWEB team facilitated a roundtable discussion exploring potential collaboration opportunities with FTMC. The discussion focused on functional coatings and joint proposals for the upcoming Latvian-Lithuanian-Taiwanese collaboration program, fostering new avenues for international research and technological development.
