In support of SWEB’s mission to strengthen research management and funding capabilities in the Western Balkans, @Mahtab Salari Mehr has completed a three-day Horizon Europe Proposal Writing training organized by EFMC – European Fund Management Consulting in Brussels.
The training offered practical tools and expert guidance for navigating the Horizon Europe framework. Participants learned how to identify suitable calls, structure competitive proposals, and manage key aspects such as budgeting, impact planning, and stakeholder engagement.
By enhancing her expertise in EU proposal development, Mahtab contributes directly to the Smart Windows for Zero Energy Buildings (SWEB) project’s objective of empowering institutions in the region to access and benefit from European research funding opportunities.
